It was with great excitement that we re-launched the SmartReserves Service and Brand as a whole at the ARC Gauteng / North-West Province Chapter meeting on Friday. 

At SmartReserves, our core mission remains unchanged: delivering professional Reserve Studies built on years of experience serving residential communities and schools. Many of our valued clients are now entering their third budget cycle with us, a testament to the trust and results our service provides.

As part of our re-launch, we are excited to share several key improvements:

Integration with A2O Applications: SmartReserves is now incorporated into A2O Applications. While A2O oversees the daily operations, technology support, and continued development of the SmartReserves Component Management App (CMA), the Reserve Study service delivery and client engagement will continue to be led by Johan Kruger and Adriaan Odendaal. This ensures you receive the same professional service and expertise you’ve come to expect.

Launch of the SmartReserves CMA: In partnership with A2O Applications, we have developed a custom Component Management App (CMA). The CMA streamlines component identification, data capturing, and clean-up required for Reserve Studies. It also empowers clients to proactively manage and update component information between studies, ensuring accuracy, continuous improvement, and long-term value for your community.

Updated Branding and Digital Channels:  We’ve refreshed the SmartReserves brand and digital presence. Visit our new website at www.smartreserves.co.za and follow us on LinkedIn and Facebook to stay updated with news, insights, and best practices.

Partnership with ARC: We are proud to announce our new role as Regional Business Partners with the Association of Residential Communities (ARC). Through this partnership, we aim to grow our client base within the HOA community while contributing to the knowledge base of Reserve Study best practices across South Africa.
