The SR-FMA (Facility Management Application) is delivered through a strategic partnership between SmartReserves and A2O Applications (Pty) Ltd. A2O is the developer of the application and provides ongoing system support and maintenance to Clients.

Related Conditions:

• The Subscription & License Fees are based on a 12-month initial Term.

• Pricing provided is Value Added Tax (VAT) exclusive.  Where Applicable VAT will be added to all invoices as required by South African Tax Law.

Payment Terms & Options:

• Subscription & License Fees are payable monthly in advance.

• Operational Charges where applicable are payable monthly in arrears.
